College is healthy and necessary

     My uncle should have gone to college. In this day and age, two years of

college should be mandatory as a graduation requirement.  Teaching what is useful and

necessary in today's world all across the nation, college helps with mature conversations

and smarter career choices.

     Discussing treatment options with doctors   { www.samhsa.gov }

brings new insight into an existing condition knowing a few specifics for a more direct consultation.

The above website has numerous links (including the white house) and is very informative.

    To help promote mental health awareness across the globe, I have set up this blog for various

subjects that might come up involving mental health.  Adding insight on a statewide

campaign (that began in 2006), promoting sponsorship about the stigma attached to mental illness.

     Whatadifference helps friendship, strength, and professional guidance.  Entering a mental health

revolution takes everyone to get the word out that mental illness can happen to anyone, anytime.

     With the medical field now coming into genomes, they are close to screening DNA for fault.

     The GINA ACT (inacted in 2008) helps to protect individuals from DNA discrimination.

Hopefully, this can make a difference.
